"When I was looking for a new, local agent, I wanted an agent who would be personable, keep in touch with me, & be available when I needed them. After reviewing Holly Thomason's previous reviews online, I decided to go to the office to meet her & her team. After a long chat, I decided to give them a try. It's been a few months since I've switched to her office, & so far, I am very pleased. Her office has not only called me, but has text & emailed me about important information about my policies with them. After reviewing my policies, they also found ways to help me save money on their own without me even asking! Now that's a Good Neighbor! I just visited her office again yesterday & they offered me the cutest pens ever that look like little businessmen with colorful, fuzzy hair - and ever offered me one to bring home to my 6 year old daughter (which she adored)!
